This package is the basic option to help you on your health journey. It includes the minimum amount of consultations to introduce new nutritional protocols and see the impact on the client. Changes to diet and lifestyle can be implemented, reviewed & tweaked in good time to see results. Monthly follow up consultations aim to keep you accountable & on track to your goal. Functional medicine testing can be added on at anytime if needed and longer durations are also available as 9 & 12 month support packages.

This packages allows for the time and specifications needed to work from the microbial gut level. The protocol will begin with an included comprehensive diagnostic stool analysis and based on these results we will be able to study what is happening at the microbial level in your gastrointestinal system and how it may be influencing other body systems. Women's Hormone Rebalance
A comprehensive and supportive plan to support women's hormone balance incorporating the DUTCH test to assess levels of female hormones, hormone detoxification, stress & sleep markers, plus other indicators of hormone health.
